Corbin Roush
Corbin Roush brings decades of business, sales, marketing, and relationship-building experience to Spears Group. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Corbin graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Marketing. He spent the early part of his career in traditional business before transitioning into the relationship marketing industry, where he built a successful career spanning more than 20 years.
Throughout his career, Corbin has worked with people from across the country, developing businesses, leading organizations, and building lasting relationships. His experience taught him the importance of listening, communicating effectively, negotiating confidently, and, above all, putting people first. Those same qualities now serve as the foundation of his approach to real estate.
Corbin’s connection to Northwest Florida began long before he entered the real estate business. For nearly 15 years, he and his wife, Holly, traveled to the 30A area with their three sons, returning year after year and developing a deep appreciation for the communities and lifestyle along the Emerald Coast. What began as a favorite family destination eventually became the place they dreamed of calling home.
With their three sons now grown and beginning careers of their own, Corbin and Holly decided it was time to make that longtime dream a reality. They relocated from Tulsa to Alys Beach, where they purchased a home and became full-time residents of the community.
That experience gives Corbin a unique perspective when working with buyers considering a similar move. He understands firsthand what it is like to visit 30A for years, fall in love with the area, search for the right property, and ultimately make the decision to call it home. As an Alys Beach resident, he also offers clients an intimate understanding of the community, its lifestyle, and the nuances that make Alys Beach and the surrounding 30A communities so special.
Today, Corbin combines that personal knowledge with his extensive background in sales and marketing to help clients navigate buying and selling along 30A. Whether assisting with a primary residence, second home, investment property, or the sale of a luxury coastal property, Corbin believes exceptional real estate service begins with relationships, trust, and understanding what matters most to each client.
Outside of real estate, Corbin enjoys spending time with Holly, their three sons and their growing family, traveling, and enjoying the coastal lifestyle that first drew their family to 30A many years ago. For Corbin, helping others discover their own place along the Emerald Coast is more than a career—it is an opportunity to help others experience the lifestyle his family dreamed about for years and is now fortunate to call home.
