Jake Turley, a graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in Personal Finance, brings an unmatched blend of entrepreneurial drive and real estate acumen to Spears Group. With minors in Economics and Business, Jake's academic background is complemented by a hands-on approach, co-founding an investment property company that handles everything from renovations to rentals. His dynamic internships at Spears Group further honed his understanding of the Panhandle’s unique market.

 

A Kansas City native, Jake’s love for 30A is deeply personal, fostered by summers spent along its shores with his grandparents.
