"5 Stars all around. Jonathan was one of 4 brokers to present a marketing plan for the sale of our home. They all did a good job, but Jonathan did a superb job. After visiting our home to check things out, he invited us to the boardroom and gave us a live presentation. He showed us the comparable listings and recently sold homes that supported the sales price he recommended. I will add that rather than paper handouts, he had all of the comps on the screen live so we could look at the details, pictures, etc. He suggested a price and documented the price so we were comfortable that we were at or above the market. He then sent a professional photographer to take the pictures. One of his many assistants, Jess, was there to direct the process. He also has another assistant, Sara, who works with him on the many details that go into a home sale. They are all the best! The listing went live and within a couple of hours, we had a full-price, cash offer. I won't go into it, but we also had many showings and offers that first day, but we took the first one. The house was listed, under contract, and closed within a month plus a couple of days. I heard from Jonathan or one of his people on a routine basis, but only when necessary. He is very professional, but also just like a friend you want to hang out with. Don't think about it further! Give him a call! You will not regret it!"
