Maria Coukoulis is a powerhouse communications and operations professional with over a decade of experience working with a myriad of national and international brands in the hospitality and real estate sectors.
A true competitor at her core, Maria graduated from Florida International University where she was a division one dual-sport athlete on the Panther’s indoor and beach volleyball teams. She takes the commitment to excellence she developed through athletics and applies it to her business practices and has been instrumental in Spears Group becoming one of the most recognized real estate teams across the national media landscape.
Prior to joining Spears Group, Maria worked at one of the leading hospitality and consumer agencies in North America where she represented coveted brands including Costar Group, Apartments.com, and Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos among others. She later owned and operated her own boutique public relations firm headquartered out of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. Maria is also a licensed real estate agent and sold luxury properties in the South Florida market.
