Emily Foy knows firsthand what makes life on 30A so special. After years of vacationing along the Emerald Coast and owning a second home here, she and her husband, Ben, made the decision to leave Montgomery, Alabama and relocate to 30A full time in 2018. It is a decision their family has never regretted.
Emily and Ben are raising their two sons, Pierce and Trussell, while staying closely connected with their older daughters, Dr. Mceachern Foy Harper, who practices in Montgomery, Alabama, and Evan Renfroe in Charleston, South Carolina, along with their growing families. Having experienced the transition from vacation homeowner to full time resident herself, Emily understands the excitement, questions, and emotions that come with making 30A home.
A graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Emily began her career in cardiovascular intensive care before transitioning into the pharmaceutical industry. She later stepped away from corporate healthcare to help manage her husband's successful dental practice, developing strong organizational, communication, and client service skills along the way.
Today, Emily combines her passion for people with her love for the 30A lifestyle, helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the country's most sought after coastal markets.
