Hannah Klubnik brings a thoughtful presence and a strategic mindset to every client relationship. A graduate of Baruch College in New York City, she entered the real estate industry at 20 years old, gaining early exposure to the demands and pace of a highly competitive market.
Her background is rooted in clear communication, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to client service. Known for her hardworking attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed, Hannah takes pride in being responsive, prepared, and solution-oriented at every stage of the process.
Now based on Florida’s scenic 30A, she is proud to be part of Spears Group, where she supports the team’s clients with the same level of professionalism, efficiency, and care that has defined her approach from the start.
Outside of her professional life, Hannah finds joy in playing recreational tennis and spending time outdoors with her dachshund, Max.
