Kristin Railton

Kristin Railton embarked on her journey with Spears Group, armed with a distinguished bachelor's degree in art history from the prestigious Indiana University. With an unwavering passion for architecture and interior design, Kristin's path was further enriched by her experiences as a military wife, traversing various landscapes and markets, all while constructing and selling homes in her wake.

In her earlier endeavors, Kristin ventured into the realms of direct sales and wielded the lens as a photographer. Her ethos is rooted in nurturing genuine connections, finding solace in the belief that her endeavors positively transform the lives of her cherished clients. Guiding her life is the profound Erma Bombeck quote: "When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left but could say I've used everything you gave me."

Nestled in the embracing environs of Blue Mountain Beach, Kristin and her family find purpose in lending their time to the Alaqua Animal Refuge, a testament to their philanthropic spirit. Their shared affinity for conquering Disney races fuels their collective enthusiasm. Amidst her eclectic pursuits, Kristin finds solace in globetrotting, championing wellness and vitality, and the artistic expressions of drawing and painting. 

 

A devoted mother and wife, Kristin, alongside her husband Julian, invest heartily in the pursuits of their young athletes, Ava and Hudson, their endeavors punctuated by the presence of their loyal canine companions, Lucy and Blue.
